In November 2006, Smith's editors Larry Smith and Rachel Fershleiser gave the six-word story a personal twist, asking Smith readers to tell their life story in just six-words. Smith readers submitted their six-awords via www.smithmag.net

There is a teen book in the works and i would love to submit some of yours .

Here are 6 tips to Remember
  • It only works if it's personal. It's A memoir, the story should be specific to your life.
  • Limitations force you to be creative.  write a great memoir because of the six-word parameter not in spite of it.
  • Get Inspiration from other Memoirs.
  • Don't copy get ideas.
  • Just like other stories, make revisions.
  • Take the six best words and put them in the best order.
